Justin worked with Cisco customers to help them implement the product they had purchased from Cisco, while continuing to provide technical support to them.
“I love to troubleshoot and I love customer support,” he said. “This job has the best of both worlds as there are plenty of things that can go wrong in a customer’s environment, and I also get to establish a relationship with
that customer.”
Because Justin worked remotely this summer, he stayed in Houghton, living five minutes from St. Al’s.
