Leaving a Planned Gift to St. Al's

WILLS AND LIVING TRUSTS

You can make a bequest to St. Al’s by adding one simple sentence to your will:

"I give to St. Albert the Great University Parish, a nonprofit currently located at 411 MacInnes Drive, Houghton, MI 49931, or its successor thereto, ______________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."

BENEFICIARY DESIGNATIONS

Another way to leave a gift to St. Al's is to designate St. Albert the Great University Parish as a beneficiary for:

• IRAs and retirement plans
• Life Insurance Policies
• Commercial Annuities

There are three easy steps to make this type of gift:

1. Contact your retirement plan administrator, insurance company, bank or financial institution for a change-of-beneficiary form.

2. Decide what percentage (1 to 100) you would like St. Al's to receive and name St. Albert the Great University Parish, along with the percentage you chose, on the beneficiary form.

3. Return the completed form to your plan administrator, insurance company, bank or financial institution.

If you would like to ensure that the ministry at St. Al's flourishes long into the future you can leave a bequest or make a direct gift directly to the St. Albert the Great Evangelization Endowment, which is housed in two funds:
