Graduate Student Outreach: Elsa Schwartz

“I have often heard that people tend to lose their faith during college, but the opposite was true for me. My faith has only increased during this time in my life, and the graduate ministry at St. Al’s has been wonderful in helping me to grow deeper in my faith. Life as a graduate student is a stressful one, and many times I feel that I am all alone in my troubles and my sufferings. Joining a graduate student Bible study has helped me to grow in my love and understanding of God and his Word. Hearing everyone’s different sufferings or graces that they received helped me to see that I am not alone in my sufferings and that God loves each one of us for who we are.”
