At BLN, a Civil Engineering consulting firm, Malina worked on storm water drainage systems as well as drinking water lines and sanitary sewers. She learned to use a new software and assisted at site visits.
“I am constantly learning and discovering new aspects of the Civil and Environmental Engineering field. It is always said that engineering degrees are versatile, and, now that I have seen the field, I finally understand just how varied the options can be.”
Malina says she has found comfort in the Rosary. “I enjoy praying a Rosary outside and going for a walk. This combination has been so calming, and has helped me to reset mentally, physically, and spiritually after working inside on a computer all day.”
