These are different ways you can participate in group prayer, silent adoration, or facilitate opportunities of prayer for others.
Rosary
The rosary is led (prayed allowed together) on Wednesday before mass starting at 8:30 pm led by the Knights of Columbus. It is a beautiful meditative prayer given to us by Our Lady. If you would like to learn more about the rosary help leading the rosary contact the Knights.
Do you like to make rosaries or want to learn? Join Grace Ojala (gmojala@mtu.edu) in making rosaries for St. Al's to have available for other students and parishoners.

Soul Core
Exercise your mind and your body with other students. SoulCore is a group that incorporates prayer into a strength/stretching workout. Made for all experience levels, you can just show up and be led through a fun workout. They get together:
Monday 6:30-7:30 am at the St. Al's fireplace
Thursday 7-8 am at Wads G17/19
Contact Alli Hummel (anhummel@mtu.edu) if you would like to join the contact list or for more information.
All-Day Wednesday Adoration
There is adoration every morning at St. Al's from 7:30-10 am as well as Tuesday evenings at 7:30-9 pm.
On Wednesdays there is adoration in the chapel ALL DAY (7:30 am-8:45 pm) followed by evening mass at 9pm.
One beautiful expression of our Catholic faith is to visit our churches and pray before the Blessed Sacrament! Jesus dwells in our tabernacles! In adoration the Most Blessed Sacrament is brought out of the tabernacle to the monstrance so that He can be presented for prayer and worship. All-day Wednesday adoration ends with Benedicition which includes a special set of prayers and a eucharistic blessing.
During all day adoration it is impartive to have someone present in the chapel at all times. If you would like to sign up for a time slot where you will commit to being in the chapel at that time each week (for the semester) please contact Margaret Roelant (mcroelan@mtu.edu).
